Make Adjustments to an order before it has shipped:
Orders for physical products are typically processed and shipped within 12 - 24 hours of payment. If you need to make changes, combine shipping, or cancel your order please contact Customer Service as soon as possible before your order has been shipped.
Refunds & Returns for Digital Products:
We do not accept returns for downloadable digital products nor will we issue refunds; all sales of digital products are final.
Refunds & Returns for New and Sealed Products:
We accept returns of factory sealed merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Service to initiate the return process. Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging.
If the item has been opened, it cannot be returned, there are no exceptions to this policy.
Refunds will be issued, less the shipping cost, to the original payment method after the items are returned.
Refunds & Returns for Trading Card Game Singles:
Due to the rapid fluctuation of prices in the Singles Market we do not accept returns on TCG single cards.
There are two exceptions to this policy:
1. You are unsatisfied with the condition of the card that you received (e.g. you ordered Lightly Played but believe what you received is Moderately Played). This exception includes possible damage during machine sorted shipping events.
2. You received an incorrect item. While our Wizards aim for 100% accuracy we understand that mistakes happen and appreciate your patience while we resolve the discrepancy.
If either of these exceptions occur please contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to initiate the return process. Once we receive the returned cards, in the same condition it was sent, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
