Excalibur: A Party Game of Bluffing and Backstabbery

Whosoever wields the blade shall be ruler of all England, but first you have to out-scheme every other would-be king at the table. Excalibur is a party game from Roxley that turns Arthurian legend into a fast, gleefully underhanded contest of bluffing and subterfuge. Leave your nobility at the door, because finding the sword is only half the battle.

Draw Tiles, Wield Powers, and Keep Excalibur Safe

Each round, players simultaneously draw chips from the three regions of Avalon and reveal them one by one, triggering powers inspired by Arthurian legend that let you steal, protect, or redirect the action. The game ends when a region of Avalon runs dry, and whoever is holding the Excalibur chip claims victory, or everyone loses together.

A Quick-Playing Party Game for Big Groups

Built for 2 to 8 players ages 14 and up, Excalibur plays in about 20 minutes, making it an easy fit for game night openers, party mixers, or filling the gap between longer strategy games. Light rules and high player counts make this bluffing game a natural favorite for tabletop groups of any size.

Pick Up Excalibur at Backwoods Wizards
