How Vantage Works

1. Crash and Survive Your intergalactic vessel heading toward an uncharted planet fails catastrophically. Each player starts at a different randomized starting location, scattered across the world with no line of sight to companions.

2. Explore and Interact On your turn, choose one action at your location—options include movement, investigation, engagement, and more. Roll challenge dice to determine costs in Health, Time, or Morale. Spending skill tokens (wooden skill tokens included) reduces dice rolls or mitigates losses. Once you’ve taken an action at a location, that same card won’t offer it again this session.

3. Achieve Victory Complete your mission card objectives for mission victory. Fulfill personal destiny through your character card for destiny victory. Accomplish both for epic victory. Or ignore all of it and pursue whatever the planet reveals—side quests, mysteries, pure exploration. Success is what you decide it means.
